Highly efficient oil fume treatment and odor eliminating equipment can be installed in the following enterprises:

Principal of Electrostatic Precipitation
Electrostatic precipitation uses the principle of different electric absorptions, with two opposite polarity electric fields formed by external high voltage and under the action of the Coulomb force, to make oil fume particles move towards a collector cell attached to it after being charged, thus purifying the air.

The unprocessed oil fume are imported into the E.P. through the air channel. First, oil fume enter the filter. After primary filtering, oil fume enter the dust collection area. This area has two stages to process oil fume. The first stage generates a corona by an external high-voltage electric shock line that allows the positively charged floating particles to arrive at the collector cell during the second stage under the Coulomb force. The oil fume then attach to the negatively charged collector cell and form greasy dirt on the collector cell. The greasy dirt drops in the oil tank along the metal surface due to gravity and is exported outside the shell through the guide plate and guide hole. After the oil fume are fully collected in the collector cell, the collector cell can be used repeatedly after cleaning.

• Treatment efficiency description of Electrostatic Precipitators

In industrial processes or cooking in the kitchen, the oil evaporates or cracks as oil fume due to the high temperature, so such oil fume is sticky. The general filtration has filtered material installed, so it cannot be used repeatedly, and the consumption of the filter materials is huge. The oil fume particle size is distributed between 0.01 and 10 microns, and the general mechanical dust-collection device has difficulties collecting particles under 1 micron size. E.P. can handle particles under 1 micron and its degreasing efficiency can exceed 90%, making it an ideal piece of equipment for dealing with oil fume in the food service industry and industrial plants.

 ■ Technological advantages
1.    Large exhaust gas disposal capacity and small pressure loss.
2.    Good treatment effect, up to 90% or more.
3.    No secondary pollution.
4.    Simple and understandable Operation and maintenance.
5.    No noise and small energy usage.
6.    No consumable problem and can be cleaned and reused.
Simple and understandable Operation and maintenance.

• Oil fume particles

In industrial process or cooking in the kitchen, the fume often evaporates or cracks as fume particles are formed due to the high temperature.

Oil fume have the following characteristics:
1.    Granular (the particle size of oil-mist is small, belonging to the sub-micron category)
2.    Sticky, rich in water vapor.
